diet tips

1. FOR DESSERT, MAKE A FRESH FRUIT SALAD OF MELON,STRAWBERRIES,GRAPES,CHERRIES, AND OTHER FRUITS.

2. CHOOSE AND PREPARE FOOD WITHOUT HIGH-FAT SAUCES OR GRAVIES.

3.WHEN EATING OUT,CHOOSE FRUITS FOR DESSERTS MORE OFTEN.

4. CHOOSE FAT-FREE OR LOW-FAT MILK,YOGHURT, AND CHEESE.

5.JUST ONE SUPER-SIZED FASTFOOD MEAL OF A SANDWICH, FRIES, AND SODA CAN HAVE MORE CALORIES, FAT, AND ADDED SUGAR THAN YOU NEED IN AN ENTIRE DAY.

6. EAT FOOD HIGH IN FIBER SUCH AS FRUITS,VEGGIES, AND WHOLE GRAINS.

7. CHOOSE LEAN OR LOW-FAT MEAT AND POULTRY.

8.EAT 4-5 SMALL MEALS A DAY INSTEAD OF 2-3 BIG MEALS.

9.DON'T TURN TO FOOD FOR COMFORT. I KNOW HOW GOOD IT FEELS TO EAT FRENCH FRIES AND CHOCOLATES WHENEVER YOU'RE DOWN. WHEN YOU FEEL STRESSED, GO FOR A WALK OR LISTEN TO YOUR FAVE MUSIC.
